The contact form

When you use the contact form , the name, email address and message you type are delivered as a single email to my personal mailbox — that is their only destination. This site keeps no copy: there is no database, no CRM, no mailing list, and your details are never shared or sold. I keep the email like any normal correspondence, for as long as our conversation is relevant.

Cookies & tracking

This site sets no cookies and loads no third-party scripts or analytics. Your theme choice (light/dark) is saved in your browser's local storage and never leaves your device.

Server logs

Like almost every website, the content delivery network (Amazon CloudFront) writes standard access logs — IP address, requested page, time — which I use only for security and to understand aggregate traffic. They are kept briefly and are never combined with anything you type into the form.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask what I hold about you (at most: our email exchange), have it corrected, or have it deleted. Just say so via the contact form — the data controller is Vincent Bazile, the owner of this site.
